Class Types:
WE SYNERGY: Circuit training with mixed style interval training.
WE POWER: Strength training focused, with barbell movements, mixed cardio intervals.
WE FUSION: Strength training focused, circuit training with burst training intervals.
WE BURN: BOOTCAMP circuit training with HIIT (High intensity training) intervals.
WE STRENGTH & TONE: Circuit training, combining Pilates or mobility with strength training and burst intervals
