All classes are 1 hour and offered in a group session with anywhere from 3 to 14 members!

Class Types:
WE SYNERGY: Circuit training with mixed style interval training.
WE POWER: Strength training focused, with barbell movements, mixed cardio intervals.
WE FUSION: Strength training focused, circuit training with burst training intervals.
WE BURN: BOOTCAMP circuit training with HIIT (High intensity training) intervals.
WE STRENGTH & TONE: Circuit training, combining Pilates or mobility with strength training and burst intervals
PILATES SCULTP: Full body workout that blends classic Pilates with sculpting moves designed to challenge and strengthen every muscle while increasing mobility.
PILATES FLOW: Reformer based Pilates mixing classic and mat Pilates focusing on the entire body, mind, and spirit, emphasizing smooth controlled movements.
