All classes are 1 hour and offered in a group session with anywhere from 3 to 14 members!
Monday:
AM: 5, 6, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 | PM: 12:00, 4:30, 5:30
Tuesday:
AM: 5, 6, 8:30| PM: 12:00, 4:30, 5:30
Wednesday:
AM: 5, 6, 7:30, 8:30 | PM: 4:30, 5:30
Thursday:
AM: 5, 6, 7:45, 8:45 | PM: 5:45
Friday:
AM: 5, 6, 7:30, 8:30 | PM: 4:30
Saturday: AM: 7, 7:45, 8:30, 9:15
Sunday: AM: 9:00 (yoga), 10:00 (yoga/bootcamp)
Class Types:
Strength Circuit: Move at your own pace circuit training blended with cardio and strength
Strength Only: Lift for 1 hour with complex movements
Strength & Cardio Timed Circuit: Follow the trainer with timed lifting and timed cardio
Cardio Only: Variety of cardio machines with interval training
Boot Camp: The most diverse circuit with 10+ stations and short intervals
